To Sum It All Up:
Ria lost 1 pound for a total LOSS of 5.2 pounds so far.
I lost 5.4 pounds for a total LOSS of 12.2 pounds
Ria says she’s just keeping with the program of doing cardio along with her Army PT. If it aint broke, don’t fix it, right?
I did what I call the “cleanse” this week. Basically, I made a GIANT pot of vegetable stew and that’s what I ate…..Every meal…..Every day. Think about that for a second and you’ll get why I call it what I call it
. Last night was a cheat night and I had some red beans and rice, but now know they “cleanse” as well, so cheating probably helped this week
. Still not getting to the gym….that’s probably not gonna happen, but I did sneak in a few Wii Fit sessions. That’s how it’s gonna work for me…..It is, after all, called LIFE CHANGE, not temporary stuff that will work for a little bit.
On other fronts….still in my Life Journaling plan at YouVersion. I have yet to miss a day!
