No video this week cuz, well….Ok I don’t have a good reason, but I do have a pic:


Last week I weighed in at 261.2.
That’s a LOSS of .8 of a pound and a total loss of 10.4 pounds. Hey, a loss is a loss and nearly one more pound I don’ have to worry about
.
Still drinking LOTS of water, but it’s grocery time, which for me means, all of the “good for you food” is gone and I need to get to the store
. I had pasta a few times this week and that’s no good.
I still managed to avoid fast food this week and had ZERO trips to Burger King. Ria and I had a Doner last night for cheat night and I firmly believe those things are WAY too good to be bad for ya!
Gonna try to get Ria in on this and share weigh-ins next week.
In other areas of LifeChange, I feel a little better and have been more positive lately. That’s all due to the grace of God. I haven’t missed a day of Bible reading since we started this deal and that’s a change for me too. I can act like the weight loss is the center of this LifeChange, but I hope we all know the goal is to be closer to the Lord and with that, everything else will fall into place.
