Like She Never Left
by Pastor T on Sep 2nd in Our Life
For those of you who avoid the evil Twitter and Facebook….Chaya was discharged from the hospital yesterday and we are home!
Excited to have her home and scared to death at the same time. Constant supervision is a must at this point. That’s no easy task for someone who likes to be doing 10 things at once (me). But we’ll make it work. Chaya was left with a few restrictions:
- No swimming for 2 1/2 months
- No sports
- No recess
- Another CT scan in 2 weeks
She can go to school, but the recess part might be a problem. I have a meeting with her teacher this evening and we’ll see how that’s gonna work.
Other than that, she can’t jump on beds or out windows…..Those are my rules
. I would normally take lots of pics at this point, but as you may have read, my camera has been destroyed, so it’s phone pics til I can get another. That’s a $500 camera, so I don’t see a new one coming any time soon.
Again, thank you for all of your prayers. I truly believe they pulled us through all of this.
Here was our trip home
.
