    I make a similar casserole. Using the skinny french fries. And grated cheddar & a container of sour cream. And a whole stick of butter. But, no topping. Gotta add that! And the bacon. Thanks for sharing.

    This recipe is the reason I married Toby. Just kidding, but I tell ya it’s absolutely sinful how delicious this is. I never finish my meals but I always finish all of my cheesy tators :) And Connie is a natural and should do a cooking show ;)

    Don't be so testy Toby. It is just a computer and she isn't going to hurt it. Just get over it. Now, I found this video again and this time I downloaded it. I think your mom is awesome on camera and it blows my mind that she would do these. She has always seemed camera shy in the past. I hope this hasn't ruined her for the common people now that she is a star. I am definitely making these for Steve. I will add the onions too. Love to all of you……….

      She is quite the Sarah Dean (that is her name, right?). I didn't even have to beg much to get her to do it, but as you can see here and on Facebook, she has lots of fans and was highly requested :-) .
