Hope In Your Heart

Awesome words from Bart and Mike of Mercy Me. Also, about half way through, some controversy around Bring The Rain that I was not aware of. I couldn’t agree with Bart more though!

When things get rough, do you run? Or do you say, “if this is what it takes God, bring the rain”?? It’s easy to type and easier to read, but actually speaking those words to God is tough.

Do you pray for rain?

    No, I don't ask for it. I do sing about it when I hear the song. :p When I am going through things, I try to see the bigger picture and know that God is going to use it in me. Your right it's not easy to ask for it, I don't know if I even could. Right now I kind of think I have enough rain in my life, even though I really don't.

    That would be the response I would expect from most of us because I know it's true for me. I love the song and the idea of it, but I, too, tend to think I have enough on my plate, but I know that with Him, I could take on so much more!!
