    Thanks Russ!!
Hey listen, after listening to myself yap, I wanted to make sure I'm heard the right way. I'm not dissing or criticizing any other diet….Just stating what works for me. I thought I might have come across a lil snippy in the video :-) . Not at all my intention!
Plus, having this cold, it was nice to have a diet that doesn't "require" exercise to work :-) . THAT'S my kind of diet!! HA!

I'm so proud of you honey. I don't know how you just ate chicken, eggs and cottage cheese all week, cause I couldn't have done it. And I'm sure with my pregnant butt eating everything it wasn't easy watching me and not eating it right along with me :) Keep it up. I love ya!!!!!

Great job Toby, but you CAN have diet pop, or any diet drink..As long as it is sugar free..

I thought that I remembered drinking diet pop long ago. Oh well….I'm sure it didn't hurt that I avoided it :-) .
    Are you still on it?

Great work Toby – again. I am keen to hear about your new lifestyle creation.

And I would be keen to hear you were drinking only water all week every week. That is an excellent change – it is great to cleanse your system. I don't know what else is in "pop" besides sugar but I don't think that colours and additives etc. are really good for your body either!

    Thanks for mentioning me!

I'd love to tell you I drink nothing but water, but those old habits are hard to break. I'm getting there though!
Thanks for the words and encouragement!
And thank you for the recipe creations on your page! Makes me feel like I can cook :-) .

Well as you can see from my absence I have not been keeping up to date, but am back and ready to get going again. AWSOME JOB on your wt loss and great eating habits.. I am back to drinking only water again and my body really appreciates it and is feeling better. I can tell the difference when I get off track with a coke here or there.

Keep up the good work, it keeps me encouraged!! THanks Breezy
